I dun really take it that its safe... 1/256 chance is still risky for things to go wrong. Its nt bout low risk, its bout total prevention... Maybe he thinks that hackers will only hack 1 spot by 1 spot....

They lock kernel also not much use. Sooner or later someone will find a way through it. (I think already found) Then that someone will release it on net and everyone other hacker start wrecking havoc.
That parent control also no use. Kids today are smarter than you think. Who say must go prawn site to find prawn? Google also can find.
To be exact, every OS is safe. It is all about end users. The prawn sites they visit, the funny files they download, the pirated software they install... the list can go on forever
