Spotted at Cybermind...on pricelist, chips to arrive within a week, I guess...just found out, Intel consider's Singapore market small, so chips get here 1 of the last. In the end E6300 comes in late July, the rest in Early August. Also E-mailed Cybermind, they said Conroe Chips are pre-order only.
E6300 1.86ghz - SGD$368 E6400 2.13ghz - SGD$437 E6600 2.40ghz - SGD$588 E6700 2.67ghz - SGD$937 Overclocks to 3.5ghz on AIR with good Heatsink (Big Typhoon/XP-90C/Zalman CNPS9500) XE6800 2.93ghz - SGD$1718
Anyone interested? lol, guess not, but E6300 = X2-4400 in terms of performance. Can build a Conroe rig for under a thousand with the right equipment. All are dual core, and E6600 onwards has 4MB L2 cache.
Coming in September or so, E4200 (1.6ghz 800FSB 2MB L2) good for BT/HTPC rig.
Coming next month is E6500, same as E6600, but less cache (2MB).
Coming end of November/December, E6900 (est. 3.33ghz 1333FSB 4MB L2 95W Max Power). My estimated price would be $2000+. This is most likely a Plan B for Intel if AMD manages to clock their 65nm X2s well. At this speed Athlons must be able to clock to around 3.8ghz or so to beat Intel, so its quite unlikely.
